1994 Olds Bravada, Vin W, 4.3L

The Brake line going to the rear drum brakes is rusty.
Brake line is a 3/16 or 1/4?
ISO flare(bubble flare) or double flare?
It has ABS...
Scan tool need to bleed?
To bleed, does the ABS has to be bleed too?

The line that goes across the axle is 3/16 line, and is likely an ISO flare, no scan tool shouldnt be needed to bleed , just start at right rear first...however, is it leaking?....if it isnt leaking or only has surface rust, i wouldnt bother with it....why create more work than whats needed...the new line will look rusty in matter of months also....but if its realllly rusty and looks like its gonna fall apart or is leaking, then by all means...change it...

I took the line from the ABS rear hose, it is a 1/4, can I use 3/16 or stick with 1/4? Would this affect pascal's law?
Any tips on flaring?

ISO flaring is easier than double flaring, just make sure you have an ISO flaring tool. As far as the size, replace with what you take off or already have.
