Sure the noise is coming from the tensioner pulley? Or does this happen with the A/C on , and off?
If it is from the tensioner, and you replaced the pulley, is the tensioner giving enough tension?
Is your alignment of all the pulleys straight?
Anything leaking on the belt?
All pulleys rotate easily and no noise, with belt off?
Are you sure it's the correct belt? Did you measure it against the old one when when you replaced it?

You would be better served by starting a new post for this vehicle instead of burying it under this one!! Thank you!!
