I pulled it on a dolly 950 miles front wheels on dolly rear on road.It wouldt move,low fluid,topped it off,now forward ok. in reverse nothing,no noise,jerk or anything.Can i drive it like this or is it about to go out totaly. would fluid,filter change help or am i screwed.

You didn't say whether you have 2 or 4WD but either way the vehicle was towed improperly. You most likely have caused transmission damage or as you say "screwed"!! Here are the proper towing methods in case you try this again:
