Could also be wheel bearing(s)...drive the vehicle in a straight line until noise is loudest...then turn wheel slightly one way, and the slightly the opposite way.....if the noise gets louder in one direction and diminishes or goes away in the other, then it could be a wheel bearing, provided your tires are in good condition and are not cupped....

In addition to what’s already been suggested it could also be:
An Inner cv joint problem.
A defective caliper piston that’s holding the inner brake pad in contact with the rotor.
A steering rack and pinion problem.
With your foot on or off the brake does the van pull to one side?
While being driven, does the van feel like it’s drifting?
Do you have to hold the steering wheel off center to keep the van going straight?
What affect (if any) does stepping on the brake have on the sound?
